Metal surface treatment is a basic supporting process for industrial precision manufacturing. It modifies the surface layer of metal workpieces through physical, chemical or mechanical means to effectively eliminate surface defects, optimize material properties and enhance appearance texture. This process solves common industrial pain points of metals such as easy corrosion, oxidation, rough surface and poor wear resistance, greatly extending the service life of workpieces and increasing product added value. As the most widely used industrial process, spraying treatment forms protective and decorative coatings on metal surfaces through electrostatic spraying, paint spraying and powder spraying to isolate erosion from air and moisture, balancing aesthetics and protection performance. Different processes complement each other: mechanical treatment realizes surface finishing, chemical and electrochemical treatment strengthen anti-corrosion and wear resistance, and spraying treatment optimizes surface protection and appearance. Currently, the complete surface treatment system has been fully applied in machinery manufacturing, auto parts, aerospace precision components, laboratory equipment and hardware products, acting as a core process to improve metal product quality and market competitiveness.
